Three Ways of Communicating with the Practice

Patient Reference Group

Patient representation plays a crucial part in helping the practice identify what it can do better and what is important to patients.  The group is proving to be a very dynamic and beneficial way of improving patient   experience at the practice.

New members are very warmly welcomed!

Friend and Family Test - A short questionnaire

Our practice is taking part in the Friends and Family Test to help us improve our standards of care and treatment, which links in with NHS England's new system of improvements.

How does it work?
Please use the green survey link at the top of this website in order to complete a very short survey.
"How likely are you to recommend our practice to friends and family if they need similar care or treatment?"
You will also have the option of going into more detail if you wish. Your answer will not be traced back to you and your details will not be passed on to anyone, so please tell us exactly what you think. A member of your family or a friend is welcome to help you give your feedback to the question if you are unable to.

Help us to help you. We like to know when we've got it right, but we also want to know if we can improve our service. Please let us know. Speak to your doctor or the Practice Manager.
We offer a practice complaints procedure to deal with comments about the service we provide. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.
Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily, often at the time they arise with the person concerned and this may be the approach you try first.
Where you are not able to resolve your complaint in this way and wish to make a formal complaint you should do so as soon as possible after the event and ideally within a few days as this helps us establish what happened more easily.  Please click on the link below for our complaints leaflet.
